Nostalgia and the Pearl Necklaces |

For as long as I can remember I've loved pearl necklaces. I think my love of pearl necklaces started when I would see my Godmother wearing them when I was a child. She was the most beautiful woman, and I admired her and always thought she looked like she stepped out of a magazine. She had two or three pearl necklaces that I remember her wearing and I promised myself that when I grew up, that I'd wear pearl necklaces too. Oddly, more than 30 years have passed, and as much as my love for peal necklaces is as real as ever, I've never bought myself one, nor have I received one as a gift.
I hadn't really thought too much about the pearl necklaces over the years the way I did when I was a child, but I was recently going through some old pictures at mom and dads and came across some of my Godmother and I, where she was wearing one of those pearl necklaces, that I was so fond of. I started thinking about her, and how wonderful she was and just how much I miss her. She passed away when I was still young, so I really missed having her as a part of my life as I grew older. I also lost touch with her family, so I don't have any idea how her grandson is doing, someone that I spent a lot of time playing with when I was a young girl. I also have no idea what happened to those beautiful pearl necklaces that I loved so much. I wish I did.
Maybe it was nostalgia, or maybe it was because I'd decided that I'd waited long enough, I fealt a need to go online and search for pearl necklaces for myself. I decided that today was a good of day as any to look at pearl necklaces and if I found one that I liked, I was prepared to buy it.
It didn't take me long and I came across this 10-11mm Black, White And Grey Fwp Necklace 72" Endless located at A1 Jewelry Online whose beautiful collection of jewelry and other great products can be found at http://www.a1jewelryonline.com/. I loved the beautiful black, white and grey colors of this necklace and knew that it was finally time that I bought my first of several pearl necklaces right then, and I await its arrival in anticipation. I know my Godmother would be proud. |
