Since she was a very young girl my sister has been obsessed with pearl necklaces. From the first time she saw my mother wearing her favorite pearl necklaces it was love at first sight. I can still remember her Christmas list when she was only 10 years old and seeing the words pearl necklaces written over and over again—Santa didn’t have a choice that year. Today, she never leaves the house without her favorite set of pearl necklaces and she totally knows how to show them off. I don’t know what she does with her pearl necklaces, but she seems to carry them better than most people. She is always getting compliments on her pearl necklaces and you can see in her face she loves it. She has pearl necklaces of all styles and colors that she can match with every single one of her outfits. Whenever she leaves the house you can bet there will be a harmony happening between her clothes, gold jewelry and pearl necklaces. I jokingly call her the Picasso of pearl necklaces and she does not laugh, all she says is, “And don’t forget it!”—too funny.
